โ๏ธ You Can Hold This Crystal โ and It Is Quantum Entangled
TU Wien researchers measured a high degree of quantum entanglement inside a centimeter-sized strange metal crystal โ large enough to hold in your hand. Using neutron scattering and quantum Fisher information, they showed groups of at least nine entangled particles inside the material, published in Nature Physics. Until now, entanglement was considered confined to the microscopic world. Does this mean quantum weirdness is hiding in everyday objects all around us?
